SECURE FINANCING

To keep things moving, provide a mortgage pre-approval letter or proof of funds if paying cash. This step confirms your budget, allowing us to proceed confidently with your home selections.

PICK YOUR DESIGN PACKAGE

Save time and money with our pre-designed interior and exterior packages. These curated options deliver a cohesive, modern look without the hassle of endless choices. You can also choose from a limited set of plan-specific upgrades (like additional storage or outdoor spaces) to personalize your home within budget.

REVIEW FINAL PRICING

SIGN THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
